Wedding info & RSVP

Hiya!

We are so insanely excited to be having a wild, hot and heavy Spanish wedding 💃🏽 with our favourite friends and family.

The wedding venue is absolutely beautiful with no neighbours for miles and the local town has a restaurant called Honky Tonk 🪗 so that must be good.

We know many of you will be travelling from the UK 🗺️, so we’ve pulled together everything you need to know in one place.

This page will be updated as we get closer to the date, check back for the latest details 📆.

The wedding weekend is going to be in Monesterio, Extremadura, in the south of Spain.

It’s a 3 day affair and we’d love you to come to everything.

Friday 4th June – Pre-Drinks 🍷

  • Casual drinks in Monesterio town
  • Location and timings: Evening TBC
    • A relaxed chance to catch up with everyone before the big day

Saturday 5th June – Wedding Day 💍

  • Ceremony and reception at the venue (approx. 10–15 minutes from Monesterio)
  • Evening start (to avoid the daytime heat)
  • Celebrations will run late into the night/early morning
  • More detailed timings to follow, but expect:
    • Warm evening temperatures
    • Lots of food, drinks, and dancing

Sunday 6th June – “Super Sunday” 🍳

  • Back at the venue (approx. 10–15 minutes from Monesterio)
  • Relaxed, recovery vibes
  • Food, drinks, music, and cooling off in the pool
  • Official end time: when the alcohol runs out

From the UK: There are a few airport options to get to Monesterio:

  • Seville – approx. 1–1.5 hours
  • Badajoz – approx. 1–1.25 hours (smaller airport, limited flights)
  • Madrid – approx. 4–4.5 hours (lots of flights, but a longer transfer)

Seville will be the best option for most people:

  • From London to Seville: Direct flights run every day with multiple airlines and times available
  • From Bristol to Seville: Direct flights run twice a week (Tuesdays & Saturdays), or with one stop on other days

If you’re coming from Bristol, it’s worth booking early and planning around those days. Otherwise, London will give you the most flexibility.

From the airport:

  • There is a direct bus between Seville and Monesterio. The bus takes 1 hour and leaves from Seville City Centre (a 30 minute taxi from the airport). We will post a full guide closer to the time.
  • Or hire a car from any airport and explore the Spanish countryside!

If you can extend your trip so that you dont have to fly on Super Sunday, we’re sure it will be worth your while. But do what works for you!

There are a range of accommodation options in and around Monesterio – AirbBnBs, Hotels etc.

We recommend booking early as availability is limited in the area and getting booked fast due to a RIVAL wedding on the same date nearby 🥊

Thank you so much for understanding – we promise to make it worth the trip 🥂

There will be plenty of food across the events, especially on the wedding day.
